“A business that demonstrates integrity grows on a firm foundation; they have faith and trust in their employees to conduct business ethically and fairly. The integrity of a company shows when these qualities are used. Many daily activities of doing business can cloud our judgement to remain vigil in using our core value. We cannot allow a short term gain to affect our reliability. Integrity is too important.”
The 2015 GoDISH $1,000 “Core Values” Scholarship
In the Spring of 2015, GoDISH awarded a $1,000 scholarship to a high school graduate entering an accredited college for the 2015-2016 academic year. At GoDISH, we have seven Core Values that guide the way we do business on a daily basis: Accountability, Community, Easy to do Business With, Integrity, Effective Communication, Innovation and Teamwork. We asked applicants to tell us which core value was the most important to them and why.
